MEDIA

I play and record in a wide variety of musical styles - often as a sideman on steel guitar, trumpet, and other instruments ranging from Piano to Banjo. But occasionally I lead my own group, usually either the Fabulous Pu Pu Platters (we think of ourselves as a musical sampler plate with a Hawaiian influence. . .) or the Fun Machine Orchestra, in which I lead a group including horns, vocals, guitar & percussion from the console of a Baldwin Fun Machine home organ. Below are a few samples from recordings I have made with each, as well as a few other projects I have had over the years...

I am also active as an arranger, writing parts for strings, horns, and other instruments. Some of the folks I have worked with in this capacity are Little Sue, Casey Neill, Lewi Longmire, and the Eels (who recorded several of my arrangements on their DVD "Live at Town Hall.")
